no way around patched version of GTA???

So I initially screwd up and upgraded to 2.81! Waited 4 months and now there's a way around it...so I thought. But the copy of GTA I have is patched. Is there any way around this problem so far or do I need to keep waiting???

No, there isn't a way around it if there was then there would'nt be a point. Just rent one from a store
