i join 2 .vob files using Nero express?

ie after i used winavi to convert my .avi files to .vob, it comes out as 2 .vob files.

i want to use Nero vision express to burn those 2 files as a single file instead.

how can i do that?

Make DVD > DVD Video > Add Video Files
Select the files.
After both titles are loaded, look to the lower left of the screen. There are three buttons, the red one on top.
The centre button is a 'Merge Titles' feature.
Click that and the files will be joined as one.

or when you go to add files, select them both together and click add, it will ask if you want Nero to merge the files and click yes

I'm trying to take some cartoon television shows I downloaded and put them on a DVD to watch on my television. They are in .wmv format. I was told to use Winavi to convert them to .avi format and then to an mpeg. First off, is this procedure correct?

I convert the file to .avi and after a single minute Winavi says "All tasks have been completed". There is only a second of black in the converted file and yet the original is 24 minutes long. The original file is 67,708K and the converted is 160K. This doesn't make any sense. What am I doing wrong? I have not changed any setting or defaults.

Thanks so much for any help you can give. I've wrestled with this for months.

Drag the .wmv onto the screen and select AVI as the output container.
(you can right click on the screen to select the output path)

Super© converts everything (almost)
