Hi there, i'm from Belgium and have a PAL PS2 (a big, not slimline) and like to play NTSC games.
I recently heard of swap magic 3 but i'm confused about al the different kinds of possible tools.
There is one with a slide tool, the magic switch one and one with a slide card pro which are of intrest to me.

Well i have swap magic 3.8 + slide card.

Slide card requires you to install a different disc drive trey (you know what i mean) and then use the slide card to swap it. Videos are all over youtube...

I don't know how to install Magiech Switch but it looks like you have to disassemble your PS2 which voids your warranty.

There's also this thing called magic case i dunno they are both confusing...

The magic case and magic switch seem to be made for top cover conversions.
I will go for the slide card or slide card pro.
