i have a network of 3 pcs connected to the internet(i mean from a router to a switch then to the 3 pcs) but i want to control and watch the traffic and download/upload activities of each pc ...
now the question is : Is there any program that can do this ?
(it will b better if there'll b no need to set up the program on each pc )

if u can help by giving me a piece of advise of by mentioning any programs names to help with this .. it will b cool =)
