I've got a firmware of 2.71 and was planning on downgrading to 1.5 (to ultimately upgrade to 3.40-oe). What is the best way of going about this? Thanks.

Thanks. I have a question on this:

2.Copy over the 1.5 update EBOOT.PBP renamed to UPDATE.PBP into X:\PSP\GAME\UPDATE\

does this mean i rename the 1.5 eboot file (eboot.pbp) to update.pbp, and then copy into that folder? thanks.
