mine psp keeps displaying this messege every time i try to start a psx game "to use this content, you must activate the system." but here is another problem i dont have a ps3 and my psp system software is version 3.40 and i dont think there is anyway to downgrade my psp but if anyone has any advice please give some

since you have the official 3.40 (right?)
im pretty sure the only way is to use the ps3 store and buy the game.
