i sent my xbox to be repaired at microsoft and i got it today and it had no drive.. the case is in nice condition but it feels heavy like their is a brick in it? anyway could i get my old box back repaired or could i get my money back for the xbox...

i have emailed them about 10 times but no luck could i sue them?

Are you sure they are sending you a brand new one?Or just a refurbished one?

And how stupid they could be for sending someone's console back without the drive!!!

how do you not notice there is no drive? the bezel is a part of the drive, otherwise you could see into the xbox.

This goes to show why people who get their 360 back from Microsoft usually have to end up sending that one back as well..
Everyone at Microsoft who works in the repair dept. are DRUNK. ;)

No they're not drunk, however the cost to assemble a 360 is around SIX dollars. It's pretty safe to assume they weren't the honor students in their electronics class.
