I plan on putting 3.03 OE-C on my psp. Ive done ALOT of looking around on this and other sites and 3.03 OE-C seems to do all the things that i want to do.
Which are:

PSP iso
XMB (althouh iam not 100% about what they actually are lol)
Homebrew
GBA roms
Custom Backgrounds
Psp Universal Remote
Themes

What do you think? Any thing i should add to the list?

umd compatibility and internet, also xmb is the home menu that u boot into

yeah instead of xmb its customizable xmbs. The sony one SUCKS. AFter i upgrading to 3.30 oe-a' from 3.03 oe-c, the custom xmb got erased and it hurt my eyes to look at the Sony one.

Not really, you customize your xmb with themes. Because the original sony xmb is really boring, so people customize the xmb to make it look, I guess, more custom.

Xmb is basically the screen that you see in the main menu, where you can select 'photo', or 'music'.
