PSX to PSP, Hot Shots!?

Hey Guys,

Anyone can help me out?

I upgraded from 1.50 to 3.30 OE-A

tried to upload Disc 1 ff7 psx to psp via popstation, put the key and eboot files into my GAME folder in the PSP Game folder.

Try to load it and get error 80000006

I understand its something to do with memory card managment.

Also, I've sifted through the board and as far as i know, this hot shots game seems to be a really vital file for emulating PSX games onto PSP. However, theres no info on as to why it is important.

- Do you need it if you only want to have one psx game on your PSP?
- Is the Hot shots game some sorta "bypass" for other PSX games?

there are other converting utilities that don't require it, i think psx2psp is one
