Well, I kind of need a portable PC that can handle things such as: dictionary, internet, and etc. Actually, the main reason is the electronic dictionary, but to buy it separate is too expensive. I want a portable PC that you can install a dictionary for (ABBYY Lingvo #12), so I went looking for Tablet PCs, but I definitely don't know anything about portable electronics so I went here seeking help. Does anyone know a cheap but an ok PDA or Tablet Pc....etc?
