Just got one question: my friend rescently copy'd some AVI movies onto a dvd for me. but i put the dvd in my computer it comes up with nothin on it

Open the disk and see if there are any files on it.

Sounds like you might have a blank disc...do other discs show data on them in the same drive? Does this disc show empty in other drives/computers?
