We generally recommend slowing the burn speed down to 1/2 the rated speed of the media. And always recommend that if problems are occurring in the middle of the burn. Try it and see if that works.

If not, get some of the 1st class media from the list. I recommend Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim. Try it at 1/2 speed and see what that does.

What program are you burning with? DVD Decrypter? If so could you post the Decrypter log with the error?

Burners wear out, CPU coolers get full of dust, power supplies go bad, etc so we want to eliminate the most common problem (media) first.
