Perhaps our Trusty Friend Jasper44 will post about some Verbs at Best Buy or Office Max this week.

i saw the ad for the 9.99 on the maxell but i tried
to find on staples.com and its not there. anyways, thanks
for the link.
By the way, newegg.com have a 100 pack of verbatim @30.99
and free shipping. It does have a $11 rebate too.

by the way,
are those maxell worth stocking up?? i just got some of those verbatim I mentioned earlier but i could use those maxwell as give aways. they should be pretty good give aways right?? The maxell's are ritek's right?? the most i have used is the office depot and some mit sony. All should be same quality right??

I had to pick up a 50 pk,with ink cart exchange= $7.40
If they are the dash 8x or 16x in the symetrical(Smooth) spindle,then they'll either be ritek or cmags.
MIJ maxells have been extinct in my realm for a long time,same with the MIJ sony.
Not a good week for quality media on sale!!!

thanks for the info. almost went for those staples maxell.
I thought they used to be all ritek but since they gone to cmc mag so goes the quality too. so which of those media will gurantee to be ritek, the od brand or the mit sony??

I've been in the process of moving,mostly all by myself.Not even any time to fish.
I haven't seen any sony made by ritek. Ty,sony,and ricoh are the only manufacturers of sony media that I am aware of.I have burned tons of sony media from all those manufacturers I listed.
OD's brand name: Probably either be Ritek or Ricoh,so pretty decent either way.
Now the OD Ativa: I have no clue.I never heard of them.It may be a knockoff like Staple's Playo's, LOL
Philips and Compusa: I'd avoid like the plague.
CompUSA TDK's: I'd stay away from them.
Giveaways: That's why I got the Maxell cmags.They seem to be decent. I had 2 empty Lexmark ink carts dying to get the $3 vouchers from staples.
