I have a VP201b LCD monitor from viewsonic with a DVI and VGA input I recently got the ypbpr to RGBHV VGA BOX with the XCM component cable and plugged it all in and nothing my monitor just says no dsub signal which is the vga 1 I believe the VGA cables I have is fine the XCM Multi cable I have is fine what I think could be faulty is the ypbpr to RGBHV VGA BOX as I connected everything properly and nothing no image on screen the only other thing I can think of is because its specially for the xbox and xbox 360 this product it may not work due to that but I only bought it cause on forums and in shops like playaisa.com people on there reviewing it say it works well with ps3 wii and others and when I told playasia it does not seem to work think its faulty they told me its only ment for the XBOX 360 so why does it say its compatible everywhere has anyone run a pS3 or PS2 using it on a working lcd monitor like mine?

As there is no power light on this I cant see if the power is geeting to it on not which I think is dumb what would people sugguest I do if there is something I could try?
