the update in crackdown and the dashboard update will together ban ur flashed console they r not going to ban rite now because of that 5.3 firmware upgrade theyre gona ban us all together came from a source whosee very close to these dash updates believe me on this one.he told me that theyre gona ban when ur downloading the beta of halo trust me guys its real.i personaly believe that microsoft is always crying we have 6 million live users so if they ban the ones with the flashed drive imagine what the numbers will b

i hope the [removed] who told me is wrong but jostly hes right personaly because of that jitter firmware i dont think they r going to ban any time soon lets hope we all can play that beta

MS will ban whenever they feel like doing so, just like the Xbox1... they banned the EEPROM HOPPA..
you really think MS gives a shit about press, fans, and money? not really..
they don't make any money on pirates i mean look at me i have 70 titles lying around, didn't pay for one of them 0,50$ a disc. i make my gamertags with a creditcardgenerator. and let's say they ban 50k users with hacked firmware, they have 6 million xboxlive-users you really think they could give?? ofcourse they don't..
disabling piracy on Xboxlive is for them a good thing, more people are forced to buy legit games, THEN they'll start to make even more profit.
the press, MS will tell press they're taking actions against piracy, which is a good thing in the press.. so yeah nothing to worry about for MS
fans? hell who cares, modifying console you break XBL TOS.. so a ban is what you get, just like the Xbox1.. they didn't have any remorse banning Xbox1 users, they really can't give a damn.
for now they've let us do this, and surely they can get a way to detect backups. so this jaymanual he might even be right, however a mass ban i dont think.. i think everyone with copied crackdown trying to download H3 beta will get banned, because the H3 beta is limited.

its called stealing some ones credit card number to get xbox live....but if you can afford a 400+$ system i think 8$ a month should not be much of a hassle..
