Snes-station stupid problem?

So, I've recently used the mc exploit to play backups and such on my ps2, and I've been havin a great time. I used a cd to burn snes station, and it works absolutely fantastic, so no problems there. Here's where the problem comes in.... You see, I've been playing Earthbound from my snes emulator on the pc for a while before I got snes station. And now that I have it on ps2, I was wondering if there's any way that I can somehow transfer my earthbound save game that I've worked so hard on from the pc to work in snes-station. I really don't wanna start over.
Any solutions???
