Swap Magic stoped working

For some reason I can not get swap magic to boot anymore, all other games work fine, I just cant get the swap magic disc to work, I opened up my PS2 and cleaned the lens, but still the same problem

any ideas?

is it both the CD and DVD versions that will not boot?
Usually it is the laser but if everything else works i would not fool with that. Although without SWap Magic there is no way to test if back ups still work either. Laser Adjustment is the only other things you can do, and you have to be very careful or you could have no games working.
