DMS4 S.E. Lite on a v15 77001 GH-051-02 diagram??

This is the place that I found most stuff about DMS4 chips and stuff...

I just bought this chip, and I can't find anywhere the diagram for the installation on my PS2... =\

I've found one for the gh-051-51, but nobody confirmed that is the same for my board model!

This is my last chance... I'm almost giving up on it! =\

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
