Hi everyone! ^^

I'm still kinda new to all this, but I have one question about PSP 1.5-3.40 OEA.

What is it! lol I wanna buy a new PSP, and play Metal Gear Solid Special Ops, but I wanna play things like Final Fantasy VIII: Triple Traid, and other MegaDrive and SuperNES emulators, and also downloaded PSP ISO's.

If someone would take the time to explain this to me, would be great! ^^
