V3m Razr problem...

Since the past 2 days or so my v3m won't turn on with my 256mb SunDisk memory card. It just stays at a verizon wireless screen and never changes. It has worked properly for a couple months or so until now when I was trying to add some new songs to my phone.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Edit: I can turn it on fine without the memory card but I now have no ringtones or songs that I want :(

Can you format the card in the phone? (I take it as a no,) Could you possibly format the card in a second device and retry it?
I had to reformat a 1 Gig card a month ago, was updating my song list and the transfer failed and locked up, nothing worked until I reformatted the card.
Is the card fully seated? Is it inserted correctly? (not implying that you don't know how to put it in, just wondering if it is not in all the way) Trying to think of other things that may prevent your phone from loading.
