Again, thanks for the help. You stated that following: "The best way is to get it flashed / unlocked so that you can use the T-Mobile or Cingular simcards in them. Once you get them reflashed, you will not be able to use the Tracfone / NET 10 sim card in it."

How do I get this phone (NOKIA 1600, Carrier:Net 10) flashed?

Not really worth the cost of getting it flashed unless you have a lot of them. In that case most pros. will not unlock and flash because of ongoing cases involving pre-paid phones being altered with decustomized firmware.
