Hi I was attempting to update my firmware from 4.2 to 5.3 using xtremebootmaker. When i disconnected all the IDE channels, my comp wont pass to the command screen but just freeze on the first stage of boot. Then when I connected my dvd drive it loaded to the command screen. So I tried flashing and chose my 360(Xtreme) drive from the 2 choices but it didnt flash and said "fail to input file." Please help.

had the same problem i was typing the flash command without a /. recheck command.
