Can a XBOX360 Have a Dashboard?

My question is, is if a modded xbox360 can have a dashboard and media centre just like the 1st xbox? if soo can i do this even though i have a modded NOT chipped xbox360? thx

it is nothing like the original xbox yet.
Yes, it has a dashboard, and you can download different themes for it (by paying for them of course). You can also use programs like TVersity and ORB to stream media to the 360 from the PC but they are far from being as good at it as XBMC was.
you should be able to do all of that on an unmodded 360. The only thing the mod is good for right now is playing back up games.
