i was reading the furom and the chapter 7 freeze issue happens well i rebuiled the iso when i burned the image of my friends game so would the freeze affect happen to me 2

If your friend only extracted the data on the first layer, then it would freeze up at the chapter you've mentioned. Rogue Galaxy is a dual-layered -- DVD9 -- that requires some down-sizing and such before you are able to play it like God of War 1 and 2 on a mere DVD5 I think.
