Downgrade 3.03/ MS_ROOT? MP_ROOT???

PSP to 1.50:

1 - If you have a 3.03 PSP skip to step 6

2 - Download 3.03 update from here:
http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Firmware-3.03-PSP/pg/12/fid/11844/catid/163

3 - Unzip and place the file in <pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE

4 - On the PSP, run the 3.03 update from the memory stick under the Game menu.

5 - Delete <pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE

6 - Copy the contents of the folder MS_ROOT from the 3.03 downgrader ZIP to
the memory stick


I am confused at this point. Do I copy the MS_ROOT folder onto the memory stick where I see some folders? If I do that then I would have two ROOT folders: a MS_ROOT and a MP_ROOT? or do I just put it in the MP_ROOT?
