I have an iso file over 4gb in a rar file and cannot extract it as i am limited to files under gb . any ideas on how i could burn this ?

yes, convert your system to NTSF instead. You can do this without losing anything on your PC. Just search the words "FAT32 to NTSF" and you should find some guides. Read a few of them before you do anything.
