Can i play burned games with my modded 360 by disconnecting the network cable? Or will it still ban my 360?

Its Possible.

Good Luck. - But Remember The bannings are started from "Live"

so thinking unplugging it would give you a small chance not getting banned.

ok. im just going to forget about playing my backed up games, but will i still get banned if i play an original game online with the modded firmware?

The reports that are showing the bannings are coming from the "DVD Drives" (Hitch n Sammys) they can detect it and the firmware n such; what ive seen.

I could be wrong tho. Good Luck.
