This is by far the easiest way I've found to get custom made ring tones on any phone with internet.

What you will need:
Audacity +The LAME mp3 coding file found Here

All you have to do is load up the audio clip you want to make into a ring tone into audacity. Then cut out the part of the song that you want to be the ringer usually 30sec is a good amount for the person calling you to hear 4 rings. After you have that part, open a new audacity and paste the cut. If you want you can put a Fade out on the end of the clip by highlighting about one second or so and going to effects and hit fade out.

Next you have to increase the volume of the tone by moving the bar near the top of Audacity that has a speaker next to it to maximum.
Then go to FILE EXPORT as MP3 and save it to where you know you can find it like the desktop.

Open internet explorer and go to http://www.funformobile.com and on the left side you should see UPLOAD A RINGTONE click that

Enter some info required and find the file you just made then hit upload

It should send a text message to your phone so open it and this is where it might be a little tricky. It will display a url that you have to go to in the phone to download the ringtone to the phone. If you just opened the message try to find a button that can take you to further options like between the reply button and save button on MOTOROLAS it takes you to extra options. You are trying to find an option that says GOTO URL or TAKE TO URL or something otherwise you can just write it down and manually enter it into the url on your phone.

Once you get the page loaded up on the phone you should see a DOWNLOAD button so click it and it should download then save or apply the ringtone once you get it.

THATS IT the only cost it internet time...
