OK. Ive Downloaded a PS2 Game torrent. i've extracted it. and instead of a Single ISO i found the files such as the .bik movies and .cnf file. so what do i do to get it on a DVD so it will play correctly

Try right clicking the first rar file, select 'open with' and choose WinRAR, then extract it from there.

i burn them to a disk. doesnt work. try burning the whole folder as an image, wont work. ANY IDEAS!!!???
