full res video with 3.30 official firmware?

So i've read that 3.30 official firmware supports 480x272 vids now. Is this true? and is it full res?(not downscaling to 368x208).

i'm using 2.81 so i can't downgrade without a copy of GTA, which i'm sure i will never find the copy i need... and since there is never going to be a downgrader(i think we've all waited for long enough) without using GTA, should i just upgrade to 3.30 sony firmware so i can atleast enjoy full res videos?

Naw, get a game that upgrades to something like 3.11 if your gonna upgrade or just download a 3.11 upgrade. I say that because that will probably be the next firmware that becomes downgrade-able
