I have a Spiderman 3 picture that my psp(official FW 3.30) will sometimes call Unsupported Data. Can someone tell me why this happens? The picture is on my profile.

the psp (in this case) doesn't understand the format that the pic is in

right click on the picture and open it in paint. then save as 24-bit Bitmap this picture will work on the psp without trouble. good luck
