Is it possible for exchange a firmware modded DVD drive from A Xbox360 to B Xbox360?

yes but each drive would need to be reflashed with the key of the xbox that it's going to

i.e

XBOX A's drive would need XBOX B's code before it could into XBOX B

and the same goes for XBOX B's drive going into XBOX A
