i set my wallpaper to a picture. hit the turn off button and there is nothing on the background. everything is black, except the menu is white. i have to change the wallpaper again but everytime it repeats the same thing. WHat happened to my psp?

you mean reflash the 3.40oe-a? nothing happened until i put on devhook and emulate 3.11. turned it off and it is like that..

Are you still on 1.5? I would upgrade to an OE. You'll love the customization.
