I tried this with shrink and ripit4me, but nothing is working.

shrink only sees the audio and video folders

and ripit4me gives me an error after it finish ripping.

Any help is surely appriciated.

What the error for RipIt4Me?

Shrink only seeing the audio_ts and video_ts folders - ok there. You just pick the video_ts folder.

Try checking the back of the disc for any scratches, dirt, smudges etc and clean it off with something non abrasive.

There's also DVDFab HD Decrypter. You can try ripping with that then open those files in Shrink.
