hi im new to tis psp modding thing. i recently bought a modded psp. it's at version 1.5. i wan to make it to 3.40 OE-A or maybe lower versions, such as 3.20 OE-A. how do i do tat?

and my fren's psp can play ps1 ISO but im not sure wad must i do to my psp in order to let it play ps1 ISO. pls teach me. is dere a software i must download?

lastly, my fren said modded psp does not have flash. is dere any way i can have flash in a modded psp? do themes actually need flash to work?

You sound clueless. Theres a lot of detail to your questions so i recommend just searching up on Google.

PS1 games are not ISO they are EBOOT.PBP. 3.20 OE-A does not exist.
And no you don't need software to play PS1 games if your running 3.40 OE-A.
