Hi how you all doin? new to the forum. bought a ps2 last week...tried to watch dvds on it but the screen goes green. I have the DVDregion X disc but went on that website and ouldnt find the correct codes for my Ps2? I took out the DVDregionX disc and went to play a game and the screen has no gone blue! HELP ME!!

Is this PS2 an original or has it ben modded in any way?
Personally buying a cheap DVD player is a better option for your movies. It will save the laser life of the PS2 and will do a much better job of playing them. The PS2 is ok but not the best DVD player, especially if it is the slimline model.

Does the PS2 power on correctly and go to the browser without you putting any disc in it? Have you checked all your AV cables to make sure that they are not causing this?
