i want to put a HDD on my ps2 but i got a few questions:

how can i connect the hard drive to my computer to put stuff in it?

whats the best loader disk to be able to lanuch games from the HDD?

whats a good hard drive model that will work?

is there anything else i need to know?

There are a few ways:

Or you can connect to your Hard drive when it's on the PS2 through FTP.

A patched version of HDLoader. Or the Toxic OS thing.

Well i use my Maxtor 160GB HDD with a patched HDLoader and it works great.

is there anything else i need to know?

Not that i can remember XD

check the hdd compatibility chart before getting/using the hdd. some hd's dont have pins that will line up with the network adapter [western digital is infamous for this].
