Have MS98 - got Gloria Esteban Unwrapped Disc and a DVD Video NTSC 1 hour Video.
Inserted in PC and nothing happens. What software product must I have in order to get this DVD Video to play?

You need a software DVD player.

Some good ones are:

Have checked'gocyberlink' and 'windvdzone' for DVD support and both need MS98 SE, which I don't have...just MS98. Any other suggestions?

Most of the players here are trialware but Im pretty sure there are some that are free.
