If your pstwo is a 75001 SCPH then the plug should also have the same number right. My friend lost his plug and he has an older pstwo v.12. i let him borrowed mine then he found his and the plug he gave me doesn't look like the one i really own. i don't mind if it got switched by accident. Just curios

the plug should be the same if what he actually gave you was a PS2 plug. They should all have the same sort of hook up. (provided both systems were slimline models, or fat models) not sure if the slimline and fat models have the same plug, but i have 2 fat models and a slimline so i guess i could test it out.
