I load the usbextreme disk and the name of the game is show in the window, after I chose it will is blank, and the screen is blinking what should I do.

are you sure the game is compatible with USB Extreme? Not all games are compatible to play from a hard drive, and External hard drives have more non-compatible games then an internal will.
