Some people said there flash drive is broken... im not sure what this is is it the flash u put in usb because i dont want to break mine.

no dont worry as long as your not changing any of your xbm files or any thing you dont have to worry n the only way u could change them is by going into recovery mode and then changing themes around n bits.
and no plugging in usb doesnt change any flash files lol
