Deleted something important while cleaning up computer??

I'm thinking perhaps its a .dll file. i'm using win. XP sp2.

Problem-IE will open homepage, and load my school log-in page, but after I log in the next page is blank. I need to use IE to access the labs in school. I need to get it working. I had IE 7, deleted that thinking it might help, but it didnt. Now running IE 6. Mozilla works fine, but I can't use it for school.

Also when i click on "help and support" files under start menu, nothing happens. Cursor changes to an hour glass for a couple seconds, but thats it.

Also notice my system mechanic 7 program will open, shows the logo at the top of the page, but the rest of the page is empty.

Any suggestions. Thanks.
