i'm not positive, but u might have to buy it through sony store using a ps3......but i dunno much about the official firmwares, just custom stuff, which, u can't downgrade that one yet.

Can you tell me where to go that can help me out with that nad can you tell me how to play snse games cause i alreadyhave the thing i need to play it with but i dunno how to downgrade it if i need to to play snes games with SNES9xTYL

You can't you upgraded too far on the FW you can only downgrade it if its under 3.10 so you have to wait for a downgrader.Meaning....you can't play emulators or any homebrew on your psp.Except for downloads directly from Sony.com

no SNES/GENESIS/NES/MAME for you, or ISO games or PSX Games w/o purchasing them from the Sony Store Via PS3.
just be patient and wait for a downgrader, or find someone that has 3.03 or lower and trade psp's.

just buy a psp off someone for like a hundred dollars thats what i do. i have a 3.11 and a 3.40 oe-a and a brick lol.

why im like broke and ppl say 3.40 and 3.30 downgraders are out so why dont i upgrade to 3.40 or 3.30

No downgrader is out for 3.11 or above. Any you have seen is fake.
#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe
Whatever happens, happens...
