I got 3.03 OE-C but i heard theres now 3.40
but is it stable like 3.03 OE-C?
is it better?

also what new stuff would i get from it?

Just stay where you are,its not worth upgrading cause there is not much to gain by doing so.Also if you search around you will see many people have problems with 3.40 oe like corrupted recovery menu,games not playing properly and other problems.
Many people upgrade to 3.40 oe and then like a week later you see threads on " How can i downgrade to..... from 3.40 oe.
Its your choice at the end and im sure someone will come here and say that im wrong but thats how i feel about it.
