for me to run HEN D and Devhook to put my PSP from 2.71 into 1.50 (i can do that already) and then from there, use the 3.40oe easy installer to upgrade my FW to 3.40oe?

Is that actually possible or do you have to have 1.50 FW properly installed before you upgrade to 3.40oe?

You have to have the firmware 1.50 installed.

All OE versions use it as a base to install and need it's ability to access the firmware as well as running custom applications as it installs.

All OE versions are actually fusions of that 1.50.

How can i downgrade from a 2.71 to a 1.50 if i don't have a TA-082? Is the downgrader 2.71 LITE -

Thanks a lot. So if i don't have the numbers and letters on the inside right of my disk drive then i need to use the 5th guide down the list, right?

BeatsDude = sorry m8, at the moment there is no way to downgrade official sony firmware that is higher than 3.03
