A few others and I have been having a problem with any save games that had anything to do with extra content downloaded from xbox live. IE Oblivion, Saints Row.... Basically the issue is that once you change to a different console (if yours got banned) unless you are connected to live none of your save games that contain anything thing from live will work. Here is why....

I already modded my new console so I cant go online with it.

We will have to wait and see what Ixtreme brings us.
