I lost my gamesave manager

Somehow, somewhere, my gamesave manager that used to be present, is gone. I am running avalaunch and all of the saves are still in the tdata folder. The MS dashboard memory section does not have the option to save or copy gamesaves from the console to a memory card. Is there a file I can look for on my hard drive that may have been misplaced that will allow me to use my gamesave manager again? If not, can someone direct me to install it again? Thanks!
