Swap Magic and multi disc games.

I read on the forum so far about multi disc games able to be run with a mod chip. My question then as it appears this might mean Swap Magic 3.6 will not allow the use of a multi disc games to be played without the use of a modchip.
If it can be done(play multi-disc backups) with just swap magic, how is it done?
If there is some success/failure with some multi-disc games, does anyone have a list of the multi-disc games that work?
I saw the list of DVD-9 games that won't work with swap magic, thanks so much in advance for further information.

For example, Onimusha is a 2 dvd game. I have magic keys II installed and swap magic 3.6. Will I be able to switch to the second dvd, if so, how?

I don't have any multi-disc games, but you can simply try loading the last game save from the first disc after you have loaded the second disc with your normal swap magic procedure.
