I have A toshiba ram drive i cant identify which blank dvds i need to write to using this drive - i know how to do it by what u said on this site before but i cant get no picture or sound on my finished dvd. ive tried on ROM dvds but aint workd so its DVD-R or DVD+R thats should do it ? i need a step to step guide how to write to blank dvds . plz help

I use DVD-R (or+R) so I cannot suggest what media...sorry

Get DVD Shrink is for starters as to software. That'll rip & unencrypt for ya , then just burn with favourite app.
