PC Games Played on XBOX

I have Quake II on my modded xbox. I downloaded it from xbins. You can tell that it's PC Based. When you go to options it asks if you want mouse inverted, keyboard setup, etc. It plays fine and everything. I then looked at the files within the folder. It's very similiar to the Half Life PC game I have. I just want to know how to make games PC based. I know that it can be done and shouldn't be very hard, but I need more info from others on how to do it.
